Me vs.Tummy talks

I've been sorting some of my albums when I discovered some great gastronomic stills. It took me out of my senses and produced an inevitable wild chaos within my ten-chambered tummy. It was so violent that it suddenly made me fight the urge to dial McDonalds knowing that it would be too foolish since I'm between the great valley of Green and Gold. *yeah!

So to share that Tummy talk with you and to let our tummies have munchy intercourse and foodgasms with each other, I'm sharing them here. They are so far my best foodie finds in my 19 years of existence.

Warning: The following pictures are not for the HUNGRY. It may cause stomach turbulence due to an alien trapped within your systems. It might steal your food so watch out. Otherwise, consult your ob-gyne. You might be pregnant. har-har.

The Best Feasts

I will never trade my Mama's New Year feast! Look at how the lechon Kawali invites you to a midnight foodgasm. Fancy and erotic.

Dampa offers the best variety of seafood treats in the Metro. I'm always glad to be back! :)

One of the few great things I look back at home. The Barrio feast! I think grilled liempo has been the family's staple food since the old days. Not included in this list are Gilligan's family combos. I just can't get enough of it! :)

The Best Pizzas and Pastas
Special Pizza
Italian Sausage Parmigiana
I'll never forget my experience at A Venetto Napoli Pizzeria Ristorante at Timog Avenue. The servings are HUGE and pretty affordable!

Just look at how Pau goes gaga over that huge dough madness!
Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana
And Who would ever forget Yellow Cab?
My personal favorites: Chicken Salsa Pizza, Four Seasons Pizza, Twice Baked potato and Charlie Chan Chicken pasta. Absolutely stuffing.

This is the famous Banapple Lasagna Roll-ups. Affordable, delish, and good for two.

Everybody should also try Monster Pizza. They deliver and do monster four-flavored pizzas with dips.

The Best Steaks, Sandwiches, Dishes

I'll never forget this spicy crab during my 18th birthday! Just mouthwatering!
Banapple's Warm Chicken Sandwich
Giligan's Spicy Squid
Giligan's Sizzling Pork Sisig
TGIF's Squid rings. Buffalo wings, and Cheeze Quesadillas!
TGIF may be costly. But these trio and the baby back ribs are worth the try! Finger-licking.

Here's TGIF's best: Half rack Baby back ribs!
Pizza Hut Bistro's Fried oysters and mushrooms and Seafood Paella
The Fried mushrooms and oysters are out of the menu! :( Good thing the Paella's still posted. I'd love to dig in once more. Too bad this meal has some pretty great-turned-sad memories for me. If only he's humane enough to call... Anyhow, moving on...

Nocturnal cravers should try this Seafood and fries basket and Mini Tuna Tacos. Midnight hungry? Steer your way to Midnight Mercatto for a full basket of affordable world cuisine! :)

The Best Desserts/ Cakes

HongKong is food haven! Tried these desserts from a local pastry and cake shop along the Avenue of the stars. I had creamy tropical cake and mango chiffon cake and they are delectably made from heaven. Sinful!

I forgot the name of this cake but this is just paradise. Cafe Bob's is just one of the things I look forward to returning to Bacolod. They also have a sweet array of caffeine fixes to keep you wide-awake throughout the night.

Finally, I'll never escape my TGIF experience with this delightful piece of Ice cream cake. Looking forward for another great Friday night soon.
TGIF's Mocha Mud pie! Yummy! :)
Other best finds that are not included in this photo stack are Chilli's Triple Play and Molten Chocolate cake, and Cafe Xocolat's and Midnight Mercatto's Red Velvet Cake! Absolutely Divine.

*stomach grumbles again and makes chika of her cravings. I lose. Goes downstairs to check some fridge goodies. O.O
